Required Information for DMCA Notice
Your notice must include:

- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.
Required Information for Counter-Notification
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disabling
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which we may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
Our Response Process
Upon Receipt of Valid DMCA Notice
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Take reasonable steps to notify repeat infringers that their access may be terminated
Upon Receipt of Valid Counter-Notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward a copy to the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- Inform that person that we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days
- Restore the material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to our platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe intellectual property rights, regardless of whether they are repeat offenders.
Educational Materials and Fair Use
We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use under copyright law. Our platform provides educational content, and we encourage users to consider fair use principles when posting or sharing content. We strive to process all valid DMCA notices and counter-notifications promptly. Typical processing times are:
- Initial review of DMCA notice: 1-2 business days
- Action on valid notice: 2-5 business days
- Review of counter-notification: 2-3 business days
- Restoration of content after valid counter-notification: 10-14 business days (unless legal action is initiated)
These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the matter and our current workload.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
